Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior executives at our business consulting company. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring seamless operations and helping to drive organizational goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  

Key Responsibilities:

· Administrative Support:

  • Manage executives calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle correspondence,  emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.

· Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with  internal teams and external clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Research and compile data for reports and presentations.

· Travel Management:

  • Arrange domestic and  international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Process travel expense  reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Document Management:

  • Prepare, review, and  edit documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain organized       filing systems for easy retrieval of critical information.

· Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the point of  contact for clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Build strong  relationships and ensure professional communication with stakeholders.

· Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
  • Anticipate executives needs and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business  Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
    • Experience in project management or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management  tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
