Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Partnership Manager to join our business consulting company. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic partnerships that align with our company’s goals and drive mutual success. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business development, and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partnership Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, onboard, and manage key partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and opportunities to propose innovative partnership models.
- Collaborate with leadership to align partnerships with overall business goals.
· Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to foster loyalty and collaboration.

- Act as an advocate for partner needs within the organization.
· Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of partnership contracts and agreements.
· Performance Monitoring:
- Set KPIs for partnerships and regularly evaluate performance against targets.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance, including ROI analyses.
· Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams, including business development, marketing, and operations, to maximize the value of partnerships.
- Support the development of joint marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives with partners.
· Market Research and Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategies.
- Share insights and recommendations with leadership to continuously refine the partnership approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
