Senior Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation, capable of translating business objectives into impactful social campaigns.

  

Key Responsibilities:

· Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the company’s online presence and build a strong digital  community.

· Content Planning and Creation:

  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with key business milestones.ics).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source and develop content.

· Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (e.g.,  LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
  • Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maintain optimal performance.

· Community Engagement:

  • Monitor, engage with, and grow the company’s social media community.
  • Respond to comments messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and  report on social media performance metrics to assess campaign success and ROI.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.

· Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across channels.

· Trend Analysis and Innovation:

  • Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new  platforms and formats to stay ahead of industry trends.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,      Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience  in social media management, preferably within a business consulting or  professional services company.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in social  media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights tools).
    • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking:
    • Strong storytelling  skills with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
    • Strategic mindset with  the ability to align social efforts with business goals.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent written and  verbal communication skills.

    Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
